By accessing our website (www.quillgardensboutiquehotel.com) and booking a stay with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. General

These Terms govern your use of our website and the services offered by Quill Gardens Boutique Hotel (“hotel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By making a reservation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into this agreement.

2. Reservations & Payment

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Quill Gardens Boutique Hotel.
  • A valid credit card is required to secure your booking. A deposit or full prepayment may apply in certain cases.
  • Payment terms will be clearly displayed during the booking process.
  • Rates are quoted in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, errors may occur in pricing (e.g., typographical errors or incorrect promotional rates). If a reservation is made at an incorrect rate, we reserve the right to:
    • Amend the booking to the correct rate, or
    • Cancel the reservation without penalty.
      If the discrepancy is substantial and the reservation cannot be honored at the corrected price, we may void the booking and issue a full refund of any payments made.

3. Cancellation, No-Show & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation terms vary depending on the rate plan selected and will be provided at the time of reservation.
  • Unless otherwise stated, cancellations are free up to 7 days prior to arrival.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will result in a charge equal to the full cost of the stay, including taxes.
  • No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.
  • All cancellations or refund requests must be submitted in writing to our reservations team.
  • Exceptions (such as force majeure situations) may be granted at the sole discretion of Quill Gardens Boutique Hotel management.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: by 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • A valid government-issued ID and the credit card used for booking must be presented upon check-in.

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • Guests are expected to act respectfully toward fellow guests and hotel staff.
  • Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest’s account.
  • Quill Gardens Boutique Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
  • Unauthorized gatherings, excessive noise, or disturbances are strictly prohibited.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left in guest rooms or public areas.
  • Guests are encouraged to use in-room safes for valuables when available.
  • Use of hotel facilities is at the guest’s own risk.

7. Website Use

  • No content may be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of St. Eustatius. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of St. Eustatius.
